Lets face it, there is nothing glamorous about beans.  There is no way to photograph them and make them look appealing.  Especially refried beans.  There is no way to really talk them up and make them sound delicious.  We all know what happens when you eat too many so they aren’t really a food you over indulge in.  So I will spare all of us and cut right to the chase.  If you want to trick your family into thinking they are eating authentic Mexican Restaurant style beans instead of just nasty plain ones from a can, this easy recipe is for you.  The secret is in the salsa and the cheese.  If I know anything about an authentic experience you don’t skimp on the cheese.
